DESCRIPTIONĀ
Data Operations AnalystĀ is a role responsible for analysis and data processing withĀ timelyĀ and high-quality manner in the range of assigned product categoriesĀ and relatedĀ to itĀ working tasks.Ā
KEY OUTCOMES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:Ā
Daily operationsĀ
Coding new products and characteristics, ensuringĀ timelyĀ andĀ accurateĀ output to meet daily production scheduleĀ
Secure quality areas by supervising established checks, analyzing, and discussing discovered issuesĀ
Keep andĀ maintainĀ up to date,Ā accurateĀ and clear documentation of the working environment and KPI (Key Performance Indicators) with specified deadlinesĀ
Client service supportĀ
Manage client queries in a professional manner (clear on-time feedback) by liaising effectively with other departments to respond to requests.Ā
REQUIREMENTSĀ

[E]Ā Bachelor'sĀ degree (preferably in technical field)Ā
[P] 1+ year of any job experience (understanding whatĀ is teamwork)Ā
[E] Good communication skills, both verbal and writtenĀ
[E] Analytical SkillsĀ
[E] Attention to details and readiness for routine workĀ
[E] Intermediate English knowledge, both verbal and writtenĀ
[E] Proficiency in PC and MS Office standard tools (e.g., Excel, Word, Access, Outlook), quick learner of new softwareĀ
[E] Strong orientation on self-developmentĀ
