Job PurposeÂ
This role supports the execution of innovation initiatives in Data Acquisition, working closely with the Innovations Leader and collaborating with Enterprise Solutions, IT, and DSci teams to convert strategic vision into deployable solutions.Â
The role focuses on solution design, pilot execution, stakeholder coordination, and implementation of innovative data acquisition capabilities.Â

Job ResponsibilitiesÂ
Innovation Delivery:Â
- Translate innovation ideas into execution-ready use casesÂ
- Support design and deployment of data acquisition solutions (automation, APIs, AI tools)Â
Technology Collaboration:Â
- Work closely with IT and Enterprise Solutions teamsÂ
- Ensure feasibility and technical alignment of innovation initiativesÂ
Pilot & Implementation Management:Â
- Drive POCs, pilots, and phased rolloutsÂ
- Monitor results and refine solutions before scalingÂ
Stakeholder Coordination:Â
- Work with DSci, Ops, and markets to ensure adoptionÂ
- Provide training, documentation, and transition supportÂ
Continuous Improvement:Â
- Track performance metrics and identify optimization opportunitiesÂ
- Support innovation backlog and pipeline managementÂ

- Budget Responsibility:Â Limited (project/pilot level)Â
- Number of employees managed:Â Individual contributor / small teamsÂ
- Geographical Scope:Â Regional / Global projectsÂ

Role RequirementsÂ
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or related fieldÂ
- Experience: 6–9 years in data, analytics, or technology-enabled rolesÂ
- Technical Skills:Â Â
- Understanding of APIs, automation, scripting, and data pipelinesÂ
- Exposure to AI/ML-based data solutions is preferredÂ
- Functional Skills:Â Â
- Strong problem-solving and execution capabilityÂ
- Ability to bridge business and technology teamsÂ
- Cultural Fit:Â Â
- Agile mindset and collaborative approachÂ
- Comfortable working in fast-paced innovation environmentsÂ
- Language:Â Fluent English; ability to work with global stakeholdersÂ
