Job Description Summary
The Lead Account Manager will have broad accountability to drive the success of assigned Advanced Nuclear (AN) deals focused on Small Modular Reactors (SMRs). Roles and Responsibilities
- Engagewith internalandexternalstakeholderstodevelop andnegotiatecomplex multi-year contracts
- Support thedesignanddeploymentof scalable andrepeatable processesto launchANcustomeropportunitiesglobally.
- Workcloselywithcustomerstoidentify needs and potentialsolutions. Ā BringtogetherGEVernovaHitachi NuclearEnergy(GVH) and GE Vernovaresources asneededtoservecustomers.
- Cultivatecustomerrelationshipsat all levelsof thecustomerorganization.
- Develop partnerrelationshipswhereneededtoputtogethertotalprojectsolutions. Identifyandresolve issues asneeded.
- Beresponsibleforobtainingorders and sales bydrivingand implementingsalesstrategyfor assigned markets/customers.
- Contributetodefining and implementing marketing andcommercialstrategiesto increaseorders volume,scope and maximizeprofitability
- Keep leadership team uptodate on market andstrategic accountintelligence
- Maintain meeting rhythmwithexecutive leadership and GVH leadershipwith assigned accounts
- Developwinningbidstrategiesforopportunities. Ā Support proposalsforrespectivecustomeropportunities,providingkeycustomerinputsand strategyto theteam, and leadingnegotiations.
- Support internalgovernance processesto obtainnecessary management approvalsforoffers and resultingnegotiations

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accrediteduniversityorcollege
Minimum 2yearsofexperiencein aSalesorMarketingposition
Minimum 2yearsofexperiencein nuclearindustryor adjacentindustry

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $79,100.00 and $131,900.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidateās experience, education, and skill set.Ā

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.Ā
