Medical sales and Onboarding
from š³š® Nicaragua
Case (case.co) is the operating system for personal-injury cases. Our platform connects law firms, medical providers, and medical-management organizations on a single system that automates case workflows, communications, records requests, and settlement tracking ā so everyone involved in a case knows exactly what to do next.
Medical clinics are a critical part of that network. We're growing our provider side fast, and we're looking for experienced healthcare sales professionals to bring clinics onto the platform and get them up and running successfully.
The Role
This is a full-cycle role: you'll own the clinic relationship from first outreach through a successful launch on Case. You'll prospect and reach out to clinics ā chiropractic, orthopedic, physical therapy, imaging, pain management, and other practices that treat personal-injury patients ā demo the platform, close the deal, and then personally guide each clinic through onboarding until they're live and seeing value.
You're not handing accounts off to another team. The clinics you sign are yours to launch, which means the way you sell is the way you onboard: honestly, consultatively, and with a clear picture of how Case fits into a clinic's day-to-day operations.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage a pipeline of medical clinics through outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings
- Run discovery conversations and product demos tailored to how each clinic handles personal-injury patients today
- Close new clinic partnerships and negotiate straightforward, win-win agreements
- Lead onboarding for every clinic you sign: account setup, workflow configuration, staff training, and go-live support
- Serve as the clinic's main point of contact through their first months on the platform, driving adoption and resolving issues quickly
- Gather feedback from clinics and channel it to our product team to make the platform better
- Track all activity, pipeline stages, and onboarding milestones accurately in our CRM
- Hit monthly and quarterly targets for clinics signed and clinics successfully activated
Apply with your resume and a short note on your experience selling to medical clinics ā tell us about a deal you sourced, closed, and made successful yourself.
