Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.

Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.

You will be responsible for:

• Achieve sales and profittargets.

• Spending 75% of the working time in Field activities.

• Maintaining proper collaboration with all company team members toensure that implementation of allfieldoperations are properly conductedforcustomers benefits.

• Organizingeffective and professional meetings with targetedcustomers.

• Outdoorfieldsales through coldcalling using AIDINC to sell our products range to thepotential corporateclients.

• Generate leads; handle allcustomer queries including giving quotationand salesfollow-up toachieve the B.P.

• Maintain goodcustomer relations and coordination.

• Provide prompt and accurateinformation about theproducts as well as makingsure that thestock isavailable, and the productconsumption is going optimally

• Providingrelevant information on the products to thecustomer including in-service, casessupport,negotiating the patient caseswith the doctors.

• Servicing and maintaining anexisting base of customer bydelivering prompt, courteous andreliableservice and at thesame time increasing &developing newcustomer base andavenues ofbusiness.

•  Organizing alldocuments to insureClient demands are fulfilled.
   

Qualifications / Requirements:

• University/Bachelor’s Degree orEquivalent.Scientific or Medical background is preferred

• 3 years minimum in joint Arthroplasty ( joint recon) ONLY

• Arabic &English is must preferred.
