Inviting applications for the role of Agentforce + Data & Connectors

Role Overview

The SF Dev 4 – Agentforce + Data & Connectors plays a key role in implementingagentic workflows and AI-driven interactions on the Salesforce platform. This role focuses on designing, building, and integrating intelligent agents, orchestration flows, and enterprise-grade connectors to enable seamless conversational and automated experiences.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deployAgentforce agents for intelligent, goal-driven interactions
• Design and buildorchestration workflows to manage agent behavior and task execution
• Integratedata sources and enterprise connectors using APIs and event-driven patterns
• Enableconversational AI experiences across Salesforce and integrated platforms
• Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions
• Ensureperformance, reliability, and security of agentic and integration workflows
• Contribute tobest practices, reusable patterns, and accelerators for AI-enabled delivery
• Support innovation initiatives by exploring emergingAI, LLM, and automation capabilities

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, or equivalent
• 7+ years of Salesforce development and solution experience
• Drive adoption ofnext-generation AI agents within Salesforce ecosystems
• Enableintelligent, automated workflows that improve business outcomes
• Act as atechnical contributor and thought partner in AI-led transformation programs
• Support delivery excellence throughcontinuous improvement and innovation

• Strong hands-on experience withAgentforce
• Expertise inAPIs, integrations, and data connectivity
• Experience inworkflow orchestration and automation frameworks
• Solid understanding ofSalesforce platform development and architecture

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure toAI / Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic patterns
• Experience withconversational AI platforms and chat-based interfaces
• Strong background insystem and enterprise integrations
• Salesforce or automation-related certifications (preferred)
