Job Description

Responsibilities

Perform quality check of content before publication

Review content for searchability, accessibility, and compliance

Identify and clearly explain content issues found in quality check

Write a review detailing content issues found and recommendations for revision to improve content searchability and accessibility

Coordinate with different stakeholders to help resolve identified content issues

Approve for publish or reject content based on results of quality check

Equip new authors with skills and knowledge they need to create and publish quality content

Assess readiness of authors to create and publish content 

Communicate changes or updates in site features, compliance policies, quality standards in one-on-one or group setting

Enforce compliance policies relating to proper handling of confidential and sensitive information

Maintain, enhance, and develop KM tools using MS Office and/or SharePoint

Minimum Qualifications

Strong English communication skills (w/ experience in client engagement is a plus) Ability to work with highly changeable work volume and tight deadlines Keen attention to details in assessing and structuring content Accountability to enforce to strict levels of compliance and standards  Flexibility and readiness to work with different teams as needed  Amenable to work on night shift schedule Knowledge in financial domain (domestic and international) is an advantage
