Job Description

We are seeking an experiencedGenAI Solution Technical Architect to lead the end-to-endarchitecture, design, and technical deliveryof a GenAI-powered Assistant that supports IT Operations (ITO) processes in the manufacturing domain. 

This role requires a strong combination ofenterprise solution design skills and hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies, cloud-native architectures, and scalable application frameworks. The architect will be responsible fordefining reference architectures, guiding squads, ensuring quality gates, and enabling seamless integration of GenAI components (LLMs, vector databases, prompt engineering) into enterprise workflows. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Solution Architecture & Design 

• Define theend-to-end architecture for GenAI-enabled applications, including backend (Python/FastAPI), frontend (React), AWS cloud infrastructure, and GenAI services. 

• Designscalable, secure, and compliant architectures that align with enterprise IT standards. 

• Own decisions aroundRAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), vector search, prompt engineering strategies, and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.). 

• GenAI Integration & Innovation 

• Define patterns forprompt engineering, embeddings, vectorand LLM integration. 

• EnsureAI workflows are modular, reusable, and cost-efficient. 

• Technical Leadership & Governance 

• Guide squads (backend, frontend, QA, DevOps) in translating requirements into scalable technical designs. 

• Definecoding standards, architecture blueprints, and quality gates. 

• Provide technical leadership duringdesign reviews, sprint planning, and release cycles. 

• Hands-On Contribution 

• Buildreference implementations and POCs to validate GenAI use cases. 

• Troubleshoot complex integration challenges across AI, APIs, and cloud services. 

• Remainhands-on in critical technical areas, especially GenAI integrations. 

• Cloud & DevOps Alignment 

• Define AWS-native deployment architecture for scale and resilience. 

• Work with DevOps engineers on CI/CD pipelines, observability, and cost optimization. 

• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and enterprise guardrails. 

• Stakeholder Engagement 

• Collaborate with product owners, business SMEs, and delivery managers to align solution design with business needs. 

• Communicate complex technical concepts in simple, business-aligned terms. 

Required Skills & Experience 

• Technical Leadership 

• Strong experience in solution architecture, enterprise systems, or technical leadership. 

• Proven expertise in designing and delivering enterprise-scale applications. 

• Strong background in Python, FastAPI, React-based applications, and AWS cloud. 

• GenAI Expertise (Hands-On) 

• Deep understanding of LLM integration, prompt engineering, embeddings, and RAG workflows. 

• Practical experience with vector databases. 

• Familiarity with GenAI orchestration frameworks  

• Cloud & DevOps 

• Strong experience with AWS services (ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS/DynamoDB, CloudFront). 

• Knowledge of DevOps pipelines, containerization (Docker), and monitoring frameworks. 

• Ability to optimize GenAI workloads for performance, cost, and scalability.
