Inviting applications for the role of Product Manager!4C

We are seeking aProduct Manager to lead the lifecycle and execution of a key product. This role involves developing and communicating the product vision, creating a roadmap, and managing the product from ideation to retirement. As product manager you will act as an intermediary between R&D and business units, ensuring smooth flow and continuous improvement through feedback. You will manage directly the team of product owners. 

 

The Product manager also leads programmatic aspects of their program. As program lead you will collaborate with sales, marketing, and other internal stakeholders to drive the go-to-market strategy, manage the program budget, and ensure governance and communication with Genpact executive leadership. 

 

Responsibilities 

Product Strategy and Roadmap Planning 

• Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy 

• Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features based on feedback of stake holders feedback and business priorities. 

Product Lifecycle Management 

• Manage the entire lifecycle of products from ideation to retirement. 

• Serving as an intermediator between internal-external customers and R&D teams through which requirements flow. 

• Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback for continuous improvement. 

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success. 

Program Lead  

• Work with customer, sales, pre-sales, marketing, delivery & projects, business units and other internal stakeholders 

• Own GTM strategy 

• Build and manage the program budget 

• Program level governance and communication to Genpact executive leadership 

• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute product launches. 

Management   

• Lead team of product owners 

Qualifications we seek in you! 

Minimum Qualifications 

• Relevant years of experience in product management or related roles 

• Proven track record in managing product lifecycles from ideation to launch 

• Good customer-facing skills, including presentation skills 

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams 

• Experience with go-to-market strategies and product positioning 

• Experience handling complicated software products or projects 

• Strong analytical skills 

• Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs 

• Fluent in spoken and written English 

• Good understanding of technology and software architecture 

• Enthusiastic and a quick learner 

 

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills 

• Experience with buildinghigh-performance distributed systems. 

• Familiarity withagentic frameworks for multi-step reasoning or workflow automation. 

• Exposure toAI model governance, data compliance, and MLOps pipelines. 

• Background in Computer Science or related technical degree.
