Salary : $130k – $135k
We are looking forexperienced GenAI / AI‐ML Engineers to design, implement, and scaleagent‐driven AI systems using modern LLM architectures. The role focuses onRAG pipelines, intent resolution, multi‐agent orchestration, tool usage, and evaluation frameworks, with deep hands-on work onAWS Bedrock and agent runtimes.
RAG, intent resolution, agent logic, tools, evaluations.
Must Have:
- AWS Bedrock (Knowledge Bases, embedding models, Claude LLMs)
- AgentCore (Runtime, Memory, Identity, Gateway)
- Strands Agents SDK or similar agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph)
- RAG architecture — chunking strategies, embedding models, hybrid search (semantic + keyword)
- Prompt engineering — system prompts, few-shot, chain-of-thought, intent classification prompts
- Python (primary language for agent/tool development)
- Multi-agent orchestration patterns — tool routing, parallel execution, result aggregation
- LLM cost optimization — token management, context window strategies, summary vs. full result patterns
- Entity extraction and NLP concepts — intent classification, entity resolution, alias mapping
- Evaluation frameworks — offline eval, LLM-as-judge, accuracy benchmarking (RAGAS or similar)
