About The Job:
- We are looking for a Gen AI Engineer with strong applied experience in Python, traditional ML, statistical modeling, and generative AI architectures.
- The engineer will work on building LLM-powered systems, agentic frameworks, and scaled AI pipelines, leveraging AWS SageMaker for training, deployment, and monitoring.
- You will be expected to move seamlessly between model development, pipeline orchestration, and productionization, while contributing to scalable, reproducible, and high-performance AI solutions.
- Model Development
- Implement and fine-tune generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion, transformers).
- Develop and optimize traditional ML/statistical models to complement generative systems.
- Apply techniques such as prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and fine-tuning.
- System Design & Scaling
- Architect multi-component pipelines (MCPs) and agentic frameworks for AI workflow orchestration.
- Integrate ML/GenAI models into cloud-native, production-grade systems.
- Scale model training and inference using AWS SageMaker (training jobs, endpoints, monitoring).
- Engineering & MLOps
- Build modular, well-tested code in Python with strong use of ML/DL libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, scikit-learn, etc.).
- Implement CI/CD, version control, and model lifecycle management via GitLab.
- Ensure reproducibility, observability, and monitoring of deployed models.
- Research & Optimization
- Evaluate trade-offs across accuracy, latency, and cost for scaled AI solutions.
- Stay updated on advances in agent-based systems, scaled AI, and distributed training/inference.
- Exp – 2-4 yrs.
- Core Programming: Strong proficiency in Python with experience in ML/AI stacks.
- Modeling: Solid grounding in statistical modeling, supervised/unsupervised ML, and neural architectures.
- Generative AI: Hands-on experience with LLMs, diffusion models, transformers, and RAG pipelines.
- Scaling AI: Knowledge of scaled AI systems, parallel/distributed training, and optimization.
- Frameworks/Tools: Hugging Face, LangChain (or similar agentic frameworks), PyTorch/TensorFlow, scikit-learn.
- Cloud ML: Practical experience on AWS SageMaker (training, deployment, monitoring).
- Version Control & CI/CD: GitLab (pipelines, workflows, code reviews, DevOps for ML).
- Agentic & MCP: Exposure to multi-agent workflows, orchestration frameworks, and modular AI pipelines.
- Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
- Experience with scalable RAG architectures and hybrid retrieval mechanisms.
- Exposure to MLOps platforms (MLflow, Kubeflow).
- Knowledge of distributed systems and GPU optimization.
