People Partner Student (AI & Digital People Experience)

Responsibilities / Tasks

• SupportPeople processes across the employee lifecycle, includingonboarding, employee changes, and offboarding
• Helpmaintain accurate employee data and documentation inHR systems (e.g., Workday)
• Assistwith employee queries and day-to-day People administration
• PreparePeople documents, presentations, and internal communications
• Assistwith payroll-related data validation and reporting
• Supportthe use ofAI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to improve team productivity and employee experience
• Helpcreate templates, knowledge articles, and process documentation usingdigital and AI tools
• ConductresearchonHR trends, AI in HR, and industry best practices
• SupportPeople projects related toengagement, talent, learning, and process improvement
• Contribute ideas to simplify and automate HR processes while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations

Your Profile / Qualifications

Mandatory

• Eligibility to sign aninternship agreement with your university
• Currently pursuing aBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Advanced Spanish and English
• Strong interest inHR, technology, and the future of work

Preferred

• Familiarity withAI tools such as Microsoft Copilot
• Proficiency inMicrosoft Office; knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Workday) or Power BI is an advantage
• Previous internship, administrative, or project experience is a plus
