Outbound B2B Cold Caller / Appointment Setter

We are looking for an experienced outbound cold caller to book qualified meetings for their founder, targeting companies in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, or the US.

**What you'll do:**
- Call 60 to 80 companies a day from a prepared queue, each with a clear reason for the call
- Review prospect details before dialing so every call opens with context
- Open conversations, uncover staffing needs, and book a 20-minute meeting with the founder
- Handle objections skillfully to keep conversations moving forward
- Log call outcomes accurately with a short note in the company's system
- Send follow-up emails after reaching voicemail

**What we're looking for:**
- At least two years of outbound B2B cold calling experience to Australia, New Zealand, the UK, or the US
- Clear, unhurried English that a busy manager can understand on first listen
- Ability to handle a "not interested" response and still ask another question
- Comfortable working to a structured process while flagging when it doesn't work
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet place to make calls
