This is a fantastic junior level opportunity in a fast-paced environment that provides excellent developmental prospects. You will work closely with members of various levels within the Finance, Operations, and Commercial departments, gaining hands-on experience and building a solid foundation for your career.
Job Responsibilities:
Support Financial Planning: Help collect, organize, and check financial data in Excel for monthly budgeting. As you learn, you will use more advanced formulas to make these processes faster.
Assist with Financial Reports: Work with senior team members to prepare basic monthly reports (P/L and Balance Sheets). Over time, you will learn how to spot trends and share your own useful insights.
Collaborate for Data Accuracy: Work closely with the accounting team to double-check financial records and ensure all numbers match perfectly.
Maintain Daily Tracking: Keep routine reporting tasks and tracking files up to date, while actively learning how to automate and improve these processes.
Grow and Step Up: Start with a supportive role in daily tasks and gradually take on more responsibilities as you gain experience and confidence.
Education: BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (recent graduates are welcome to apply).
Experience: 0–1 years of experience in a finance or accounting support role (internships or practical training count as well).
Excel Skills: Advanced understanding of MS Excel / Google Sheets. You should love working with data and feel comfortable using functional tools like VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas. (Note: A practical Excel test will be part of the hiring process).
Accounting Principles: A basic, foundational understanding of accounting principles and financial statements (P/L, Balance Sheet).
Software Skills: Familiarity with ERP software will be considered a plus, but is not mandatory.
Soft Skills: A tech-savvy, detail-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within a structured corporate environment. You should be comfortable taking ownership of your tasks while being a helpful team player.
Communication: Good communication and reporting skills, with fluency in both English and Greek (written and verbal).
