Fullstack Engineer

About the Role

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer who thrives in building modern, AI-powered web applications from the ground up. You’ll work acrossNext.js and Hono.js to deliver high-quality product features, integrating advancedLLM workflows and RAG systems that power real-world automation for sales and marketing teams.

Most of our work is greenfield, giving you the opportunity to design and ship scalable systems without legacy constraints. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, autonomy, and building meaningful, user-facing features from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack features usingNext.js (App Router) andHono.js

• Design and implementAI-powered workflows, including multi-step and agentic systems

• Develop and maintainRAG pipelines (retrieval, embeddings, vector search, prompt orchestration)

• Integrate third-party platforms (e.g., Google Calendar, Instantly, CRM tools)

• Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to deliver polished UI/UX usingTailwindCSS and shadcn/ui

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code following team standards

• Optimize performance across frontend and backend for speed and scalability

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to a high-trust engineering culture

• Support deployment, debugging, and monitoring on platforms likeVercel andCloudflare

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience building full-stack applications withNext.js

• Strong experience withApp Router, server components, and modern data-fetching patterns

• Proven experience integratingLLMs into production systems

• Hands-on experience buildingRAG applications, including:

  • Data ingestion and chunking

  • Embedding generation

  • Vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Supabase)

  • Retrieval and prompt engineering

• Experience designingmulti-step AI workflows or agent-based systems

• Solid understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations

• Ability to own features end-to-end with minimal supervision

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience withHono.js or edge runtimes

• Familiarity withAI SDKs, tool usage, or function calling

• Knowledge of hybrid search, re-ranking, or advanced retrieval techniques

• Experience working in early-stage or greenfield environments

• Basic DevOps experience (CI/CD, logging, monitoring)
