Clinical Systems Educator - LCHC ADMINISTRATION

DEFINITION:

A clinical training specialist provides specialty training on products for clinics. The primary  responsibility in this role is to train staff in the proper use of the Electronic Medical Record (EMR). The training specialist may lead a class or seminar to train providers, front desk, and other staff on the proper operation of the EMR.  Integration of the clinical informatics and education to maximize Provider and staff efficiency in the use of Electronic Medical Records and Clinical Systems. Facilitates the development, implementation, interpretation and evaluation of workflow, provider documentation in the electronic medical record and collaborates with other system educators in supporting technology enhancements for process improvement.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

One plus years of specialized experience in training.

Advanced software skills.

Ability to Reach technical documents and release notes and synthesize information.

Ability to produce training aids, including printed and video.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, MIS, or equivalent degree, although will consider applicable experience and certification in lieu of degree.

Experience with eClinicalWorks .

Google Applications including Google Classroom

Experience training medical personnel on clinical information systems

Classroom Training:3 years
