*Registered Nurse - Home Health

DEFINITION:

Provides quality patient care in the home setting utilizing the nursing process and accomplishes indirect patient/office related work in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Home Health Department.

REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS (IF APPLICABLE):

Authorized to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Oklahoma.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in mental health facility, with basic knowledge.

Knowledge of patient management and techniques for physical intervention. 

Satisfactorily completed the hospital orientation program, meet additional credentials for special care unit as indicated in skills checklist.
