DEFINITION:
A Certified Medication Aide participates and implements age specific care.
The CMA participates in reports, admission assessments, reassessments, planning and implementation of reside plan of care.

EDUCATION:
Must be a graduate from a state approved course for Certified Medication Aides.

REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS (IF APPLICABLE):
Currently certified as a Certified Medication Aide in the State of Oklahoma.
Must be CPR certified.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in a long term care facility. #ZR
