Surgical Tech (Certified) - Cath Lab

DEFINITION:

Under the direction of the Registered Nurse the surgical technologist assist in the delivery of patient care as a member of the surgical team and assumes appropriate responsibility for delivery of that care before, during and after surgery.

CERTIFIED REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS (IF APPLICABLE):

Certificate of graduation from a School of Surgical Technology.

Certification as a Surgical Technician.

NON-CERTIFIED REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS (IF APPLICABLE):

CPR

Certificate of graduation from a School of Surgical Technology required
