Senior Design Engineer (Indoor)

Overview

We are seeking a skilledSenior Design Engineer (Indoor) to lead the design and development of air-conditioner indoor unit structures. This role will focus on product design, performance validation, and cost optimization to support new model development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop indoor unit structures (3D models and technical drawings)

• Conduct structural testing, analysis, and validation to ensure product performance and reliability

• Perform cost analysis and optimization aligned with product targets

• Support new product development (NPD) from concept through testing phase

• Ensure designs meet engineering standards, quality, and cost requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in air-conditioner or HVAC structure design

• Proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and MS Office

• Strong understanding of design, testing, and cost engineering principles
