PMO Lead
from 🇬🇧 United Kingdom
G MASS Consulting is seeking an experienced Interim PMO Lead for a leading fintech company, to bring structure to an existing but underdeveloped PMO function. The role spans the entire business and covers a number of strategic projects, sitting at the heart of the organisation during a period of significant transformation.
This is an interim engagement with a clear remit: assess what exists and build the right foundations. The role spans the entire business and sits at the centre of the client's strategic delivery agenda.

- Oversee the management of an office closure, handling significant associated risk exposure
- Drive delivery of new AI-embedded products, with a focus on moving beyond proof of concept - assessing real-world AI experience, technology integration, and broader organisational impact
- A seasoned PMO professional with a strong track record of building or significantly improving PMO functions
- Comfortable operating across an entire organisation, spanning numerous strategic projects simultaneously
- Experienced in financial services, fintech or similarly regulated, fast-moving environments
- Proven ability to build and apply prioritisation frameworks for resource allocation across competing initiatives
- Familiar with technology-led transformation, including infrastructure programmes and AI-driven product delivery
