Are you a strategic product marketer who excels at sales enablement and thrives at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing?Â
We're seeking a Product Marketing Manager who will serve as a strategic marketing business partner for our business portfolios, helping to strengthen G+D Netcetera's position as a leading provider of future-proof digital solutions for the financial industry in Europe.Â
As part of G+D Netcetera's international marketing team, you will be supported and challenged. Â
Your Responsibilities:Â
- Develop comprehensive sales enablement programs including pitch decks, battle cards, objection handling guides, and competitive intelligenceÂ
- Develop compelling product marketing materials, website content, promotional campaigns, and sales support documentation as well as engaging success stories and case studies that demonstrate measurable business impactÂ
- Audience strategy (ABM), value proposition, market research, messaging and positioning to stay on top of the competitive landscapeÂ
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to support go-to-market (GTM) execution for product launches and feature releasesÂ
- Act as business partner for one of G+D Netcetera’s divisions with cross-functional stakeholders to implement portfolio marketing strategiesÂ
- Ensure marketing assets and portfolio documentation remain updated, aligned with product evolution, and consistent in messagingÂ
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing-related events such as webinars, conferences, and live presentationsÂ
- Act as a solution-oriented coordinator, ensuring efficient and effective project executionÂ
Our salary range for this position starts at EUR 65,000 gross per year. The actual offer will depend on your skills and experience and may be significantly higher.Â
Your Profile:Â
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B product marketing, driving effective sales enablement initiativesÂ
- Background in a SaaS environment, preferably in FinTechÂ
- Demonstrated experience developing GTM strategies and successful product launchesÂ
- Excellent skills in stakeholder management, organization, coordination, and communicationÂ
- Solution-oriented mindset with ability to advocate effectively for marketing initiativesÂ
- Strong expertise in producing high-impact marketing assets (case studies, slide decks, web product pages) with a talent for simplifying complex informationÂ
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insightsÂ
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot) preferredÂ
- High proficiency in both German and English to create high-quality marketing content and communicate seamlessly with global stakeholdersÂ
