Miami Memorial Plan is looking for a Funeral Director to join our team in Miami, FL where we offer a passionate and purpose-filled work environment. The Funeral Director will provide exceptional, compassionate service to families acrosstwo Memorial Plan locationsBranam Funeral Home in Homestead andMemorial Plan Westchester in Miami.
This role offers a balanced weekly rotation of2 days at Branam and3 days at Westchester. WorkingTuesday through Saturday, 8:30 AMβ5:00 PM, the Funeral Director will support every stage of the funeral process with professionalism and attention to detail. Responsibilities
- Provide a source of support, guidance, and direction to families before, during, and after the loss of a loved one
- Coordinate, assist, and carry out all aspects of a funeral service and final memorialization
- Adhere to all professional, municipal, state, and federal licensing regulations and rules applicable to the funeral service profession
- Ensure that all federal, state, and local regulations related to the funeral industry are followed
Qualifications
- Licensed Funeral Director in Florida or the ability to reciprocate.
- Have excellent communication skills, integrity, and an innate passion for serving others.
- Work proficiency in Microsoft office products (word, excel, outlook)
- Knowledge of current federal, state and local regulations, related to the funeral industry
