New FP: Telecommunication | Full Stack Developer | Remote OK

Seeking a Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and deliver modern enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong Angular and Java/Spring Boot experience along with hands-on use of GenAI/AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering speed and code quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive Angular front-end applications and Java/Spring Boot backend services/APIs.
• Build scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions on Azure/AKS.
• Integrate applications with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and data platforms.
• Use AI coding tools for code generation, debugging, unit testing, refactoring, documentation, and code reviews.
• Build automated tests and support CI/CD development and deployments.
• Collaborate with architects, Product Owners, Client, SMEs, and QA teams in an Agile environment.

Domain Experience

Strong understanding of wireless/RAN and spectrum management, including:

• Spectrum bands and blocks
• FIPS
• Site/sector-level spectrum allocation
• Spectrum progression/refarming
• Carrier grouping and spectrum availability

Preferred: Experience with spectrum planning, regulatory/compliance considerations, geospatial data, and network planning workflows.

The strongest candidates will be hands-on full stack developers with Angular + Java/Spring Boot + Azure, who are actively using GenAI coding tools and ideally have telecom/wireless, RAN, or spectrum management domain experience.
