Schedule: Monday – Friday | Day Shift

Qualifications

What You'll Do

• Maintain, organize, and manage patient medical records
• Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with established policies
• Scan, file, retrieve, and update records as needed
• Assist with record transfers, audits, and documentation requests
• Support nursing and medical staff with administrative record-keeping tasks
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all protected health information

What We're Looking For

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Medical records, healthcare administration, or office experience preferred
• Proficiency with computers, data entry, and electronic documentation systems
• Professionalism when handling confidential information
• Reliable, dependable, and team-focused attitude
