Freese and Nichols is looking for aSenior Marketing Coordinator to join ourFort Worth, Frisco,orDenton office. As a Senior Marketing Coordinator, you'll take the lead on high-level pursuits, guiding efforts from sales positioningtoopportunity strategyto proposal/statement of qualifications toshortlist presentation activities.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Participate in and sometimes lead opportunity planning meetings, where able.
- Serve as a Proposal Manager to effectively lead pursuit teams (Marketing and Technical), collaborating with sales and technical staff on strategic, key or complex pursuits, SOQs, proposals, and presentations.
- Responsible for creating client-centric documents
- Work with leadership and technical SMEs to craft appropriate sales strategies and win themes.
- Make recommendations for subconsultants, projects and key differentiators.
- Support development of relationships with teaming partners and subconsultants where possible.
- Manage the schedule, layout, development and production of SOQ/proposal and shortlist responses (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, LOIs, etc.) in a deadline-intensive, fast-paced environment.
- Ensure printing, final delivery and archiving of client submittals.
- Provide expert quality control checks for other Marketing Coordinators, providing style and grammar edits, while verifying data and ensuring compliance.
- Create clientpresentation/interviews: both digital and printed materials, as needed.
- Help create project descriptions and resumes by interviewing project personnel and reviewing existing documentation; perform other writing and editing assignments, as needed.
- Understand and effectively communicate our overall sales cycle to FNI staff.
- Some overtime will be expected for this position.
Qualifications
- 9+ years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar sales-related position.
- Previous sales or communications experience with A/E/C or consulting firms
- Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment and demonstrate a willingness to shift easily between various responsibilities with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area of study: Business, Communications, Marketing, English or other related discipline
