1st Line Support Administrator

Our team currently consists of 170 professionals. Over the past three years, we have grown fourfold and continue to actively expand our team.  Â
Since 2009, we have been developing our core product - a trading system for brokerage operations in the stock market.  Â
More than 700,000 users across 41 countries use our applications. Â
We are looking for a First-Line Technical Support Administrator to strengthen our Technical Support department and handle the growing volume of user requests.Â
Please note this is a fully remote position open to candidates located in any country within approximately up to 3 hours east and up to 1 hour west of Cyprus.Â
Key responsibilities:Â
- Communicate with internal users of trading and banking systems in writing.Â
- Analyze and register requests, clarify details, and classify them by priority.Â
- Assist users by setting up and using our financial products and trading platform.Â
- Resolve standard technical issues and escalate requests to the second-line support team when necessary.Â
- Maintain reports and document requests, and solutions.Â
- At least 1 year of experience in user technical support and/or a call centre.Â
- Basic knowledge of SQL and some experience working with databases and task trackers.Â
- Russian language proficiency is mandatory.Â
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.Â
- Basic technical literacy and a willingness to deepen your knowledge in this area.Â
- Responsibility, punctuality, and stress resilience.Â
Nice to Have:Â
- English proficiency at B2 level or above.Â
- Understanding the basic principles of financial markets and exchange operations.Â
- Experience working with databases and SQL queries.Â
- Fully remote work.Â
- Working schedule: 5/2, 15:00–24:00 Moscow time, with possible paid weekend shifts.Â
- Daytime and evening working hours according to the Moscow time zone.Â
- A service contract with a Cyprus-based company.Â
