The Support Operations Manager is a true operational support for the country operations as their unique interlocutor and trains our partners and customers.
They participate in the development of a network of rental agencies in an international environment and contribute to the exciting global expansion of Free2Move.
Your next missions
In close connection with our field-working partners, you will:
● Work towards the economic performance and the satisfaction of our partners.
● Support Partners to use our Mobility system.
● Support the team's success by transmitting all operational knowledge.
● Prepare partner’s newsletter.
● Coach them in order to boost the deployment of their network and their Mobility activity
● Provide and analyze their KPIs and give recommendations for their action plans.
● Participate in the creation and update of our online and face-to-face training materials for our partners.
● Train our partners in using our tools and systems. He/She guarantees their perfect use by analyzing our automatic Field Check-Up Reports.
● Take part in the creation of the action plan and participate in their deployments as the main HQ interlocutor
● Be at the core of the implementation of our innovative rental solutions / Automatic Renting & Connected Cars, and will inform our partners about our new product / service developments.
Expected skills
● Advanced studies: Bachelor or Master Degree (Business Schools, University ...)
● Fluency in Spanish, good command of English.
● Definitely customer satisfaction and quality-oriented
● Passionate about new technologies, think that all optimization and automation is not time spending but time saving
● Like to share your knowledge and train colleagues and interlocutors
● Attracted by business development in a B2C / B2B environment
● Strong human and business skills and an ability to develop relationships that last

Salary : 22k-25K€depending on profil
Flexibility with ourhybrid mode of working: 2 days per week onsite; 3 days per week home office
