We are looking for a dynamic, results-drivenMobility Manager to lead the implementation and consolidation of our "Free2Move Rent" business line.
The Mission
As our Mobility Manager, you will be the primary architect of growth for our rental operations.Reporting directly to the Rent Manager for Spain, you will bridge the gap between corporate strategy and dealership excellence.You won't just be managing; you’ll be transforming how dealerships approach modern mobility.
Key Responsibilities
Network Training & Empowerment: Design and deliver high-impact e-learning and face-to-face training sessions to ensure dealership teams are experts in our products and tools.
Operational Excellence: Standardize and optimize rental processes to ensure a seamless, professional transition for dealers entering the Rent-a-Car space.
Business Growth (B2B & B2C): Drive profitable growth through external rentals and B2B segments, coordinating marketing actions to maximize Free2Move’s market presence.
Performance Optimization: Monitor KPIs and fleet utilization, implementing proactive action plans to ensure all quality and profitability targets are smashed.
Expansion: Increase the number of participating dealerships and boost Stellantis vehicle registrations within the rental program.
Your Profile
Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in the Rent-a-Car industry (operations, counter management, or customer service).Experience within the automotive or dealership sector is highly valued.
Education: A University Degree or equivalent higher education.
Languages: Native or high-level proficiency inSpanish and a high level ofEnglish (both written and spoken) for international collaboration.
Skills: You are a strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.You possess excellent communication skills and the agility to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
Travel : 2 weeks / month from monday to thursday visiting our partners
