🚀Role Overview
As Free2move continues to expand its operations in the UK, we are looking for a Key Account Booking Agent to join our Key Account Team in Tunisia.
The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for our UK dealership network, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations related to vehicle sourcing, invoice management, warranty compliance, and payment follow-up. This role plays a key part in delivering operational excellence and supporting the successful growth of our UK business.
🎯Your responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day back-office operations related to vehicle bookings and warranty claims.
Support UK dealership partners in submitting and tracking invoices for reimbursement.
Source vehicles and coordinate bookings according to customer requests.
Verify warranty coverage and ensure compliance with established processes.
Follow up on outstanding invoices and payment status.
Identify operational issues and proactively propose solutions.
Maintain accurate records and documentation within internal systems.
Communicate daily with dealerships and internal teams via email and phone.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational performance and service quality.
Ensure adherence to internal procedures and service-level agreements.
🧠Candidate Profile:
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field is preferred.
Experience
0–3 years of professional experience.
Experience in customer service, B2B support, operations, invoicing, or the automotive industry is considered a plus.
Languages
Fluent English (mandatory).
French is a strong advantage.
Technical Skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
Experience with CRM or operational management tools is a plus.
