Position Overview
We are looking for a results-driven outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) to join Foxit on a 6-month contract, covering the North American market. You will own pipeline generation from the ground up: identifying high-potential accounts, building targeted outreach campaigns, and creating qualified opportunities for Account Executives across SaaS, enterprise software, technology, and digital transformation markets.

Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Pipeline Generation
- Build and execute targeted outbound campaigns to generate qualified meetings and pipeline opportunities.
- Identify and source ICP accounts across multiple industries and company segments.
- Research target companies, business challenges, growth signals, and strategic opportunities.
- Create personalized outreach strategies across email, LinkedIn, phone, and other engagement channels.

ICP Development & Market Research
- Define and continuously refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) segmented by industry, company size, revenue potential, technology maturity, growth stage, and decision-maker alignment.
- Identify high-intent buying signals such as funding announcements, hiring trends, expansion activity, product launches, and strategic partnerships.

Modern Prospecting & Sales Automation
- Build intelligent prospecting workflows using platforms such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM automation tools.
- Develop outbound messaging that is personalized, commercially relevant, and aligned to customer pain points.
- Continuously test and improve outbound sequences, messaging, and conversion strategies.

Meeting Generation & CRM Management
- Generate qualified meetings and pipeline opportunities for Account Executives, with a focus on quality over volume.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, activity tracking, and pipeline reporting.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to improve targeting, messaging, and conversion performance.

Strategic Relationship Building
- Build early-stage relationships with decision-makers and influencers at target accounts.
- Position Foxit as a trusted solution provider through insight-led, relevant outreach.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
Must-Have
- 4+ years of experience in outbound BDR/SDR or business development roles.
- Proven track record of building pipeline from cold prospecting ā no reliance on marketing-generated leads.
- Strong command of modern outbound prospecting strategies, ICP development, and account targeting.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Lemlist.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, personalized outreach.
- Commercial mindset with a clear focus on pipeline quality and revenue impact.

- Background in SaaS, enterprise software, technology, or digital services industries.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales engagement automation tools.
- Experience working alongside Account Executives and Marketing teams.
- Understanding of pipeline reporting, sales metrics, and conversion analysis.
