About the location:
A unique property, the Four Seasons Resort Seychelles is tucked away in the secluded Petite Anse bay on the southwest coast of Mahé, the Seychelles’ largest island. The pristine Petite Anse beach and largely untouched natural landscapes, provide all who visit a sense of escape, adventure and discovery. From here you can easily get to know local Seychellois culture at nearby Victoria Market, Takamaka Rum Distillery or Jardin du Roi Spice Garden, or venture by boat for guided day trips to other remote islands such as Praslin or La Digue.
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and guest-focused Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional dining experiences by providing professional, attentive, and personalized service while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
· Welcome and engage guests in a warm and professional manner.
· Present menus, explain dishes, beverages, and daily specials.
· Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
· Serve food and drinks according to established service standards.
· Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
· Ensure tables are properly set, maintained, and cleared throughout service.
· Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and equipment.
· Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations.
· Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
· Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
Requirements
· Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment preferred.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Positive attitude with a strong customer-service mindset.
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
· Good teamwork and organizational skills.
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
· Basic food and beverage knowledge is an advantage.
· Good command of English; additional languages are beneficial.
