We are seeking a Partner Success Manager to join FoundationCCC in its mission of benefiting, supporting, and enhancing the California Community Colleges—the largest and most diverse system of higher education in the nation. What You’ll DoÂ
The Partner Success Manager, Community Impact,plays a criticalproject managerrolehelping our valued customers achieve their strategicobjectives and maximum value from their investment inFoundationCCC.Recently expanded partnershipsaim to leverage FoundationCCC’s robust Finance,Operations, Workforceand Call Center infrastructure to deliversupport services, includingfinancialassistance to communities across California.The Partner Success Manager serves as the liaison between the customer and theFoundation ecosystem, streamlining partnerships withCommunity Impact,Equity,Business Operations, Finance, HR, and others.Ensures optimizationand collaboration ofFoundationbusiness units to deliveroutstanding service to clients,particularly for support services,callcenter,grant administration, payment distribution, technicalassistance programs and more. Â
The Partner Success Managerwillprovide crucial project management to support projects including community outreach and awareness campaigns, callcenter and helpdesk, consumerassistance programs, case management, student training programs and more. The Partner Success Manager will be a pivotalplayer in streamlining operations andprocesses, andsupporting high-quality service delivery across the Foundation’s Equity and Community Impact program portfolio.Â
Serve as the primary internal project manager for assigned partner success initiatives, managing project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, documentation, and follow-up actions.Â
Coordinate project-level communication with internal teams and partner contacts, ensuringtimely follow-up, clear action items,accurate documentation, and alignment with established escalation protocols.Â
 Develop credibility as atrusted liaison with internal and external partners and drive continued value of our services.Â
Attributes for Success Â
Practices ownership, takes accountability, and has the ability to manageown work, prioritize tasks, and deliver quality products on time with limited supervision.Â
Relevant BA/BS, equivalent work experience, or a combination of both.Â
Minimumfive(5) + years progressive experience in managing program/systemimplementation, orclient/project managementÂ
Minimum of two (2) + years of experience in an education or nonprofitenvironment preferred. Â

Budgeted Annual Salary Pay Range:
$90,000.00 - $95,000.00Final salary and rates are based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role, and internal equity.
