Regional Manager
from 🇺🇸 United States
We are not just opening new offices. We are building something meaningful, one market at a time. As a Regional Manager at Insurcomm, you are the person who takes raw potential and turns it into a thriving, multi-location operation. You have full P&L accountability for your region, you build and lead the teams that deliver the work, and you forge the relationships that drive sustained growth.Â
Insurcomm Restoration delivers complete restoration, reconstruction, and emergency response you can rely on when everything needs to go right. For more than 30 years, we have helped property owners, facility teams, and communities recover from fire, water, mold, storms, and environmental hazards. As part of Fortify Companies, we are part of something bigger: a platform that aligns insurance carriers, property owners, and service providers across prevention, response, restoration, and rebuild. Backed by Summit Partners, we have the resources and reach to grow rapidly while staying rooted in service excellence.Â
This is a greenfield role. You will establish and scale 3 to 6 service locations across your region, making the strategic and operational decisions that determine how fast and how well we grow. This is not a role for someone looking to maintain the status quo. This is for a builder.Â
