HR Business Partner

We are looking for an experiencedHR Business Partnerto join a fast-growing omnichannel retail organisation with stores, e-commerce operations, warehouses and corporate functions.

The role will partner closely with business leaders across commercial, retail operations, logistics and support functions, helping the organisation attract, develop and retain the right talent while supporting ongoing transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organisational design and people priorities.
• Support managers on employee relations, performance management and talent development.
• Drive recruitment planning in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.
• Monitor HR KPIs such as turnover, absenteeism, internal mobility and engagement.
• Support change management initiatives linked to digital transformation and operational growth.
• Contribute to leadership development, succession planning and employee experience initiatives.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies, labour law practices and internal procedures.

• 5+ years of HR experience, ideally in retail, e-commerce, logistics, FMCG or services.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, talent management and employee relations.
• Ability to work with fast-paced business teams and operational managers.
• Strong communication, influencing and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Greek labour law.
• Experience with HR systems, reporting or people analytics will be considered a plus.
