ESG & HSE Specialist

We are looking for an ESG & HSE Specialist to support environmental, health, safety and sustainability initiatives across operational sites.

The role will contribute to compliance, risk prevention, reporting and the implementation of practical ESG and safety actions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of HSE policies, procedures and audits.
• Conduct risk assessments and follow up on corrective actions.
• Monitor environmental, safety and compliance indicators.
• Support ESG data collection and sustainability reporting.
• Coordinate safety training and awareness initiatives.
• Work with operations, facilities, logistics and external consultants.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and internal standards.

• 2+ years of experience in HSE, ESG, environmental compliance or sustainability.
• Experience in energy, industrial, construction, logistics, retail facilities or technical services preferred.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation and environmental standards.
• Familiarity with ISO systems, audits or ESG reporting frameworks is a plus.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability or related field.
