Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee technical and construction projects related to retail expansion, store renovations, facilities upgrades and commercial real estate development.

The role requires strong project management capability, technical understanding and experience coordinating contractors, budgets and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage construction and renovation projects from planning to delivery.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality and compliance.
• Review technical drawings, specifications and project documentation.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed on-site.
• Identify risks and resolve technical or operational issues.
• Provide regular reporting to management on project progress.

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Experience in retail stores, commercial spaces, facilities, real estate or technical projects.
• Strong knowledge of contractor management, budgeting and site supervision.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
