Commercial Finance Manager / FP&A Business Partner

We are looking for a Commercial Finance Manager / FP&A Business Partner to join a growing organisation operating in a fast-moving commercial environment.

The role will act as a strategic partner to commercial, operations and senior leadership teams, translating financial data into clear business insights and supporting better decisions around revenue, margin, pricing, cost control, investment and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Analyse sales, margin, cost, working capital and profitability performance.
• Partner with commercial, retail, e-commerce, operations and supply chain teams.
• Prepare financial models, business cases and scenario analyses for strategic decisions.
• Support pricing, investment, promotional and cost-optimisation decisions.
• Provide monthly performance insights, variance analysis and management reporting.
• Challenge assumptions and identify risks, opportunities and corrective actions.
• Improve dashboards, financial reporting tools and KPI visibility.
• Support ERP, BI, automation or finance transformation initiatives.
• Present financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders.

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, controlling, business analysis or financial planning.
• Previous experience in retail, FMCG, e-commerce, distribution, services or fast-moving commercial environments.
• Strong understanding of P&L, budgeting, forecasting, margin analysis and financial modelling.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI or other BI/reporting tools.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SoftOne or similar.
• Strong business partnering skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into business recommendations.
• Comfortable using digital tools, automation and AI-enabled finance solutions.
• Excellent Greek and English communication skills.
