AI Solutions Specialist

We are seeking an AI Solutions Specialist to support the development and implementation of AI-enabled tools for recruitment, candidate matching, skills assessment and HR process automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate HR and recruitment needs into AI-enabled product features.
• Work with product, data and technology teams to design AI workflows.
• Support the development of candidate matching, CV parsing, skills assessment and shortlist automation tools.
• Test and improve AI outputs for accuracy, fairness and usability.
• Collaborate with clients to understand recruitment pain points and propose solutions.
• Monitor trends in AI, HR tech and responsible AI practices.
• Prepare documentation, user guides and internal training material.

• 3+ years of experience in AI, product, HR tech, data, recruitment technology or digital transformation.
• Understanding of AI tools, LLMs, automation platforms or data-driven decision systems.
• Ability to bridge business requirements and technical execution.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment, assessment or HR processes will be a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with Python, APIs, no-code/low-code tools or AI workflow platforms is a plus.
