Golf Cart Lot Attendant (Seasonal)

Job Summary

A Golf Cart Lot Attendant is responsible for ensuring a gracious and efficient arrival to both Crystal Mountain and the first tee of Mountain Ridge or Betsie Valley.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Transfer golf clubs and other belongings from their vehicle to a golf cart or push cart, unless they’re walking.
• Direct guests to the appropriate golf course.
• Clean carts after each round and put them back in their appropriate row and on the charger.
• Assist guests with questions and/or directions.
• Maintain and ensure immaculate facilities for guests - maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of all areas using a ‘clean as you go’ philosophy.
• Inform supervisor of all guest/member complaints and suggestions promptly.
• Other duties as assigned including driving range maintenance at the learning center.

Physical & Other Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds. 
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays are a regular part of the schedule.
• Must have excellent attendance and conduct record for consideration.
• Must have unrestricted and insurable driving record.
• Non-smoking candidates preferred.
