Home Care Certified Nursing Assistant - PRN

Carolina Meadows is seeking compassionate and dependable Home Care CNAs to provide personalized support and daily living assistance directly to residents in their independent homes on campus as needed.

• • Provide companion care and personal care assistance in resident homes.
  • Follow tasks outlined in individual resident care plans.
  • Assist older adults with daily routines while preserving their independence and dignity.
  • Communicate any client changes or health concerns promptly to management.

• • Active North Carolina CNA certification.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Compassion, reliability, and strong interpersonal communication skills for working with seniors.
