Ideal candidates will be: 

• Currently licensed to practice professional nursing or Physician Assistant in the state of employment, active and non-probationary 
• Experienced in primary care: internal medicine, geriatrics, or familymedicine 
• Current BLS/ACLS certification 
• Driven to and comfortable with managing a primarily Medicare-aged, medically underserved patient population with comorbidconditions 
• Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics 
• Able to demonstrate interpersonal skills to be approachable and understandable to patients, families, and center teammembers 
• Confident in their ability to deliver high quality primary care, which includes being available to patients and addressing their medical and socialneeds 
• Passionate about their work and energized by being part of afast growingorganization 
• Comfortable traveling within the market to multiple centers within short distance of each other
