We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director, Compression Technologies Iberia to lead our country business unit’s Sales and Service operations. This role carries full P&L responsibility and is critical in driving profitable growth, enhancing market reach, and delivering exceptional customer value.

Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Lead and manage the Iberia Compression Technologies business, with full ownership ofSales and Service P&L performance
  • Drive country-levelsales and service activities, ensuring effectiveresource allocation and prioritization aligned with strategic objectives
  • Deliversustainable, profitable growth while expandingmarket presence and increasing installed base coverage
  • Define, monitor, and achievesales targets, gross margin goals, and KPIs
  • Implement a cohesiveroute-to-market strategy, ensuring alignment with divisional direction and fostering a“one face to the customer” approach
  • Establishpricing frameworks, discount policies, and commercial conditions for products and services
  • Build and strengthencustomer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and supportingkey account management
  • Oversee the fulloffer management lifecycle, from scope definition and technical detailing to pricing, delivery, andpost-sales support, including spare parts and service
  • Collaborate with product development teams, providingmarket insights and customer feedback to enhance the portfolio
  • Supportproduct implementation, training, and continuous improvement initiatives

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of5 years’ experience in a similar leadership role within aSales and Service environment.Experience in therefrigeration industry is highly valued.
  • Proven track record managingsales organizations within matrix structures
  • Strong expertise insales and service processes and tools (pricing, CRM, order management)
  • Demonstrated experience inchange management and transformation initiatives
  • Excellent negotiation skills with strong customer-facing experience
  • Solid understanding offinancial principles, P&L management, and performance tracking
  • Proficiency in English;local language fluency preferred
