We're on the hunt for an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our Events & Banqueting team at Crown Sydney. This role is responsible for leading frontline team members and supporting the successful delivery of conferences, gala dinners, corporate events, weddings, and special functions. As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless event execution, maintaining premium service standards and fostering a positive team culture in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support Food & Beverage Attendants to deliver exceptional guest experiences across a variety of events and functions.

  • Supervise the setup, execution, and pack down of events in accordance with Crown standards and event requirements.

  • Monitor service quality and ensure all guest requests are managed professionally and efficiently.

  • Support daily operations by allocating duties, coaching team members, and maintaining service excellence.

  • Work closely with Culinary, Events, and Operations teams to ensure successful event delivery.

  • Maintain compliance with RSA, food safety, WHS and Crown operational standards.

  • Assist with training, mentoring and developing team members to achieve high performance outcomes.

  • Effectively manage guest feedback and resolve operational issues as they arise.

What You'll Bring

  • Previous supervisory experience within food & beverage, events, banqueting, hotels, or a high-volume hospitality environment.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.

  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining premium service standards.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to service delivery
