What skills and experience do we expect?

• 3+ years of commercial experience in React Native development (experience with the latest versions is a plus)

• Knowledge ofTypeScript and strong skills inJavaScript ES6+

• Familiarity withXcode andAndroid Studio

• Experience withExpo and its ecosystem

• Experience withdeployment applications on theGoogle Play Store and theApple App Store

• Familiarity withGit version control system

• Proficiency inReact Hooksand the ability to effectively use functional components

• Experience in working withREST APIs and hands-on experience with React Query or other data-fetching libraries

• Experience withstate management libraries such as Redux (Toolkit), Recoil, Zustand, or MobX

• Good command of English (B2+) and Polish

• Willingness to learn and develop by implementing challenging and ambitious projects

• Experience with creating animations usingReanimated

• Experience with building forms using React Hook Form

• Proficiency in navigation management using React Navigation or Expo Router

• Experience in writing automated tests

• Understanding ofWCAGstandards and ability to implement accessibility guidelines in mobile apps

• Familiarity withStorybook and experience in building and managingDesign Systems

• Experience withnative modules (Objective-C, Swift, Kotlin, or Java) for extending React Native capabilities

• Knowledge andexperience in working with AI
