Tostrengthenourteaminthe Czech Republic,wearelookingfor amotivatedandgoal-oriented ShopEmployee (m/f/d)forourFlixBusshopattheFlorencbusstationinPrague. Youwillsupporttheday-to-dayrunningoftheshop,deliverhigh-qualityservicetoourpassengers,andhelpensuresmoothoperationsthroughoutyourshift.Thisis afull-time,permanentposition,workingon ashiftbasisacrossthefullweek,includingweekdaysandweekends.

About the Role

• Process ticket reservations, cancellations, and changes accurately using our sales and reservation systems 
• Provide high-quality service to passengers, assisting with check-in and offering clear travel information 
• Handle cash and card payments reliably, ensuring correct daily reconciliation 
• Monitor bus departures and arrivals, and communicate any delays or changes to passengers 
• Support smooth day-to-day station operations in coordination with colleagues and station teams 
• Help resolve passenger questions and issues calmly and professionally during busy periods 

About You

• Experience in customer service and cash handling 
• Reliable, energetic, and a strong team player who contributes to a positive shift atmosphere 
• Proactive and self-motivated, taking ownership of tasks and working independently when needed 
• Strong communication skills 
• Comfortable with MS Office, smartphones, web applications, and reservation systems is an advantage 
• Flexible to workshifts from Monday to Sunday, with alternating short and long week schedules 
• Very good command ofCzech and English; knowledge of Ukrainian, Russian or Polish languages is an advantage
