We are seeking a Billing Manager for ourBangalore-India Office who will be responsible for leading end-to-end billing operations with a strong focus onconsumption-based billing (Direct & Marketplace), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all billing activities. This role requires hands-on expertise inNetSuite, reconciliations, reporting, andpeople leadership, along with the ability to manage cross-functional communication and support month/quarter-end close activities
Billing Operations & Accuracy
- Manageconsumption-based billing processes, including bothDirect and Marketplace billing models
- Ensure allbilling validations and control checks are performed to maintain high levels of accuracy
- Performreconciliations between Marketplace billing data and NetSuite billing outputs, identify variances, and drive resolution
- Review invoices and ensure adherence to company policies and contractual terms
- Drive continuous improvement in billing workflows and automation
- Performdaily analysis, exception review, and system reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting
- Create and maintainreports, dashboards, and saved searches in NetSuite to support business needs
- Develop and executead hoc queries and analysis for business insights and decision-making
- Track and managebilling-related emails/queries, ensuring timely and professional responses
- Partnership with FP&A / GTM Ops for forecasting, accruals, and revenue visibility.
- Takefullownership of billing controls & ensuresmooth month-end and quarter-end close cycles with no delays or escalations
- Identify and implementprocess improvements, automation, and efficiency initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
- CA / CPA / CMA with7+ years of experience, OR
- M.Com / MBA (Finance) with10+ years of relevant experience.
- SuiteBilling or Marketplace tooling experienceis a plus
- Strong experience withNetSuite (preferred) and exposure toSalesforce.com is a plus
- Advanced proficiency inMicrosoft Excel
- Experience inconsumption-based / usage-based billing environments
- Should be able to manage team size of 4 to 5 direct reports

Preferred Attributes
- Experience withMarketplace billing (AWS/Azure etc)
- Exposure tosubscription billing tools (e.g., SuiteBilling)
