Through engagement, encouragement, coaching and meaningful connections, you create the cornerstone to their success.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Uphold the mission of the YMCA, and demonstrate behaviors that reflect a determined, nurturing, genuine, hopeful, and welcoming nature. 
• Provide courteous, prompt and sincere attention to members, guests, participants and staff.
• Provide Healthy Living Initiatives such as Smart Start Trainings, Youth Fitness Fundamentals, Orientations, and other member engagements initiatives.
• Responsible for member engagement and follow-up communication.
• Ensure facilities are picked up, safe and free from clutter. 
• Give exceptional tours when necessary – share the features of the YMCA and its offerings
• Foster and build strong member relationships
• Serve as a role model for policies and guidelines in the wellness center.
• Maintain a safe, clean and functional wellness center.
• Replenish and maintain appropriate health and safety materials throughout the facility (hand sanitizer, paper towels, soap, disinfectant spray, etc.)

Qualifications

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred minimum Age 21+
