Our client, a self-clearing financial services firm, is seeking a FinOps Consultant with strong experience in SEC Rule 15c3-3 and broker-dealer regulatory operations.
Requirements
- Experience in a self-clearing broker-dealer environment
- Strong knowledge of 15c3-3 and related regulatory rules
- Prior experience signing FOCUS reports
- Experience with broker-dealer financial operations and compliance reporting
- Strong communication and ability to work independently
- Client regulatory exposure
- Prior consulting/interim support experience
- Hybrid preferred (3 days onsite in Downtown Manhattan)
- Immediate need while client searches for permanent replacement
