Job description:
**Role Responsibilities:**
* Identify and reach out to potential partners, including fintech companies, merchants, payment gateways, and financial institutions.
* Build and maintain relationships through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
* Schedule and support discovery meetings, follow-ups, and partnership discussions.
* Prepare pitch decks, partnership proposals, and supporting materials.
* Keep the partnership pipeline and CRM up to date with accurate activity and opportunity tracking.
* Coordinate with internal teams to support partnership execution and ongoing collaborations.
* Represent Finku at networking events, industry conferences, and community meetups to expand our network.
**Role Requirements:**
* 2-3 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Sales, or a related role.
* Comfortable reaching out to new partners and initiating conversations.
* Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities at once.
* Experience using Google Workspace and CRM tools is a plus.
* Able to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in English and Bahasa.
